Registration
Welcome back everyone!
Our next event will be on Wednesday, July 29th from 10 am - 4 pm. We will be having our water fight day with water games, slip and slide, water dodgeball and more! We will be doing a big pizza lunch and all costs are included in the registration. Please have your camper come ready for the water fight in their swimsuit and bring a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes with them! If your camper needs a ride, please sign up on the registration form so we can arrange the pick up/drop off.
We can't wait to see everyone!
Lunch policy - when lunch is not included in the registration price, campers should bring their lunch or bring lunch money (cash or visa pre-paid card). You can also send lunch money through Cash App or Venmo, just please add a note with your campers name!
If your camper resides in Owasso and needs a ride to or from the church, we are offering the option to sign up for transportation! If you sign up for this option, we will reach out to determine pick up/drop off address/time to ensure your camper is safely transported.

Activity Days include Arts & Crafts, Movies, Games, Life Skills, Yoga/Stretching, and Volunteering for our Community
*** Campers must be 18 years old, physically independent, able to feed themselves, take themselves to the restroom, handle medication and have no history of violence toward themselves or others. By submitting this form, you are confirming the previous statement is true and that you understand if this is inaccurate, the camper will forfeit their spot at the day camp, as well as their registration fee.
***** By registering, it serves as your permission to leave the church with our staff and volunteers during the hours of Social Day Camp.**
Services
Mondays and Thursdays 10 AM - 4 PM
Full Day: $60
Half Day: $40 (Half day options are 10 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 4 PM)
(Beginning August 17th: Mondays - Thursdays 9 AM - 4 PM. Full Day: $70,
Half Day: $45 Options 9 AM - 1 PM, 12 PM - 4 PM)
• Members are required to bring their own lunch. We provide limited snacks and waters throughout the day, but campers are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks if they prefer.
(We do have access to a microwave and refrigerator).
• Field Trip Days will be once a month and scheduled in
advance with no half day option.
• Lunch outing days will be once a month and scheduled in
advance with no half day option.
Eligibility
• Individuals must be at least 18 years old or graduated from high school
• Individuals must have an intellectual or
developmental disability or Autism
• Individual must be able to care for personal needs and not require
one-on-one assistance, as well as administer any required medications independently
• Must have no recent history of behavior that would be harmful to themselves or others
